Key Duties
  • Content Development: Create captivating and relevant content for various communication channels, including the website, social media, email, and printed materials. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
  • Social Media Oversight: Manage and update Manna Church's social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling posts, responding to audience interactions, and analyzing metrics to improve engagement.
  • Website Management: Regularly refresh and maintain the church's website with accurate and current information.
  • Email Campaigns: Design and implement email marketing initiatives, newsletters, and announcements to connect with the church community and beyond.
  • App Administration: Keep the church's App updated with relevant information and devise innovative ways to engage users through the platform.
  • Event Marketing: Develop promotional materials and campaigns to advertise church events, services, and community outreach efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Build and sustain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Procurement: Oversee the ordering process for marketing materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Brand Integrity: Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication platforms to uphold a cohesive image for Manna Church.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work alongside ministry departments to execute marketing and communication strategies, ensuring alignment with the church's mission and values.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate and report on the success of marketing and communication initiatives, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Community Interaction: Engage with the church community to build relationships and better understand their needs and preferences.

Qualifications
