We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care ICU Assistant Nurse Manager RN to join our team at Clinical Management Consultants. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing the ICU during the night shift, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the ICU during the night shift, overseeing the operational activities of the unit and ensuring compliance with hospital policies.
- Coordinate patient care, working closely with physicians and staff to address operational challenges and ensure that patient care needs are met effectively.
- Manage staffing, assist with hiring and evaluations, and ensure adherence to hospital policies.
- Collaborate with the Nurse Manager of ICU and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care strategies.
- Ensure that the ICU is running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure and certification in Critical Care Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Critical Care RN or Charge Nurse.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.
