HR/Office Manager/Payroll Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR/Office Manager/Payroll Admin to join our team at David Carroll Associates, Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing payroll, HR functions, and administrative tasks.   • Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and benefits enrollment
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees
  • Produce payroll reports and maintain accurate records
  • Keep employee files up-to-date and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Arrange for certificates of insurance and maintain vendor relationships
  • Stay current on licenses, trade certifications, and DIR reporting requirements
  • Schedule meetings and trainings, and attend weekly finance department meetings
  • Train on our software to produce client invoices and perform other administrative tasks
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with a focus on QuickBooks Online
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong computer proficiency
  • High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Natural ability to learn new technologies and applications
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
