HR/Office Manager/Payroll Specialist

- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and benefits enrollment
- Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide support to employees
- Produce payroll reports and maintain accurate records
- Keep employee files up-to-date and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Arrange for certificates of insurance and maintain vendor relationships
- Stay current on licenses, trade certifications, and DIR reporting requirements
- Schedule meetings and trainings, and attend weekly finance department meetings
- Train on our software to produce client invoices and perform other administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
- 3-5 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with a focus on QuickBooks Online
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong computer proficiency
- High School diploma required; College Degree preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Natural ability to learn new technologies and applications
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
