Job Summary

We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, building customized payroll platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with other services. If you're a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for new clients during implementation
  • Build customized payroll platforms in coordination with other services
  • Collect and analyze data to balance new systems with previous quarterly and individual payroll information
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure successful implementation
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of payroll experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn quickly, listen actively, and build strong relationships
