As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for onboarding new clients, building customized payroll platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with other services. Key Responsibilities- Main point of contact for new clients during implementation
- Build customized payroll platforms in coordination with other services
- Collect and analyze data to balance new systems with previous quarterly and individual payroll information
- Communicate with other departments to ensure successful implementation
- 2-3 years of payroll experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn quickly, listen actively, and build strong relationships
