Key Responsibilities- Drive Business Growth: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and cloud adoption, exceeding program revenue and pipeline targets.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish and grow business and technical relationships with key System Integrators (SIs) and Fortune 1000 customers, driving pipeline and new revenue growth.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Build and lead a global team of Tech Business Development Managers, collaborating closely with Partner Solution Architects and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Models: Execute go-to-market models that cover areas such as migrations, procurement, workforce transformation, and asset dispensation.
- Interface with Executive Stakeholders: Interface with internal leadership and external customers at the executive CxO level, driving business outcomes and strategic partnerships.
- 10+ Years of Sales and Business Development Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, partner development, or alliances management, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and cloud adoption.
- Leadership and Management Experience: 7+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing global organizations.
- Strategic Thinking and Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans and drive business outcomes.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
