Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and warmly greet clients and prospects
  • Guide clients to the appropriate department, inform the relevant personnel of client arrivals, and introduce clients to sales representatives
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and other internal teams
  • Engage with callers and visitors in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner
  • Draft memos, correspondence, reports, and various documents
  • Assist in the scheduling and confirmation of sales meetings
  • Perform additional tasks as required
