Job Summary

Axia Group is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to staff, students, and student families in the Fresno area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking setups, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing technical projects, and providing direct technical support via email, chat, phone, and in-person. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to staff, students, and student families
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software, and networking setups
  • Manage technical projects to improve efficiencies and develop technical solutions
  • Provide direct technical support via email, chat, phone, and in-person
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues and design technical solutions
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, ChromeOS, and iOS
  • Understanding of computer networking, including IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and network equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting network issues with Wi-Fi or network printers
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Associates degree or tech certifications preferred
