The role we are looking to fill is that of an Annuity Support Services Representative. This position is integral in assisting the Annuity New Business and Service teams, as well as our producers. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Annuity New Business and Service teams as required.
  • Process service forms, new business requirements, and applications to carriers as necessary.
  • Perform data entry in the HQ/CRM system.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from producers and carriers.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls with carriers, agents, producers, and transfer companies.
  • Maintain communication with nationwide agents/producers, ensuring all interactions are conducted via phone and in-office.
  • Adhere to regular and punctual attendance to meet business service level standards.
  • Execute additional duties as assigned.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday. Remote work is not an option.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible as business needs evolve.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
  • Professional phone etiquette is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with the capacity to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a close-knit team and work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Punctuality and attendance are critical, as team members and clients rely on your presence.
