Responsibilities
In the healthcare field, support is essential for success. This position will assist our healthcare teams by ensuring they have the necessary resources to provide excellent patient care. Receptionists also significantly influence the patient experience during their visits.

Expectations:
  • Facilitate patient check-in processes, ensuring all paperwork is completed for an efficient admission.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Schedule appointments in accordance with office protocols.
  • Gather accurate patient and insurance details, including collecting copays and deductible amounts.
  • Digitally file and retrieve patient access documents into the electronic medical record.
  • Prepare patient charts, ensuring all required information is included.
  • Manage patient check-out processes, including pricing services, collecting payments, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education / Accreditation / Licensure: Not applicable
  • Experience: 0 – 1 year of healthcare experience preferred.

Pay Range: $20.33/hour
