Position Overview:
Princeton Property Management Inc. is seeking a dedicated Residential Community Coordinator to oversee operations in the SW Portland Area.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Compensation:
The wage range for this position is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a monthly reimbursement of $50.00 for phone expenses and $100.00 for auto expenses, along with excellent bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the residential community.
  • Screen new rental applications, including credit checks and verification of employment and rental history.
  • Enforce community policies to maintain high living standards.
  • Prepare and issue all necessary legal notices.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor team members.
  • Ensure daily income deposits are accurate and applied to resident ledgers.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to manage the property budget and minimize expenses.
  • Maintain complete resident files during move-in and move-out processes, adhering to policy for file disposal.
  • Market the community effectively to achieve optimal occupancy rates.
  • Assist with leasing functions as required.
  • Review advertising weekly to ensure effectiveness.
  • Conduct daily property inspections to uphold curb appeal.
  • Utilize property management software efficiently.
  • Address resident concerns and document incidents appropriately.
  • Approve invoices and ensure timely submission to corporate.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports as per company policies.
  • Inspect vacant units to ensure readiness for new residents.
  • Maintain proper documentation for all community activities.
  • Report on-site injuries immediately to corporate and adhere to response protocols.
  • Ensure timely completion of work orders in accordance with company standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and ensure team readiness.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
