Key Responsibilities- University Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products, and cultivate university engagement through outreach initiatives to foster DoD and academic collaboration in cross-sector cyber IT and cyber operations.
- Workforce Development: Assist in the development or revision of CAEO policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, and support the implementation and administration of workforce-wide development opportunities to encourage program success.
- DoD365 Administration: Provide support and expertise in facilitating the application review and selection process, and collaborate closely with the client or organization responsible for managing the applications to ensure a fair and efficient selection process.
- Cyber Workforce Development: Leverage lessons learned from programs such as the Cyber Workforce Rotational Program, Cyber Information Technology Exchange Program (CITEP), and Cyber Service Academy (CSA) to enhance the cyber workforce.
- Clearance: Active Secret
- Education/Experience: Masters degree in a field related to tasking with 15 years of relevant experience
- Technical: Must be proficient in DoD Human Capital Management policies, programs, and processes, and have experience in developing and revising DoD policies and procedures.
- Communication: Requires excellent verbal and writing communication skills and strong attention to detail.
