About the Front Desk Agent role:
The Front Desk Agent is a vital part of our Front Office Team, responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless arrival and departure experience. This high-profile role requires a warm and welcoming demeanor, as well as excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
- Check guests out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill.
- Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for night audit procedures of the front office.
We're seeking an individual with excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills, a can-do approach to any task, and good problem-solving ability. Proficiency in Hotel property management systems is also required.
