Job Title: Landscaping Account Manager

At Business Resources One, we're seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our client services team, you'll play a critical role in differentiating our company from the competition and achieving our customer experience and retention objectives.

About the Role

As the client's single point of contact, you'll ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue per client maximization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the client's single point of contact
  • Enhancing customer experience
  • Maximizing client retention
  • Proactively identifying and resolving quality issues
  • Identifying upsell opportunities
  • Resolving customer concerns
  • Other tasks as needed to support the company's objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Sufficient landscape industry experience to be effective in this role
  • Understanding of landscaping, including plants, trees, turf, and hardscaping
  • Ability to proactively identify quality concerns on properties
  • Ability to identify upsell opportunities on properties
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Personable and someone clients and coworkers enjoy working with
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to work with very minimal supervision
  • Live within one hour of Kalamazoo, MI or be willing to relocate
  • Good fit in a family-first and friendly office
  • Willing and able to pass drug test
