Landscape Architect

TowerPinkster is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and sustainable landscape designs that meet the needs of our clients.

• Develop comprehensive landscape design solutions for projects, including site analysis, concept development, and design documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that landscape design elements are integrated with architectural, engineering, and interior design components.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing site conditions and identify opportunities for sustainable design.
• Prepare and present design concepts and plans to clients and project teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in landscape architecture.

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• State of Michigan licensure preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape architecture and site planning.
• Strong understanding of site construction and civil engineering coordination.
• Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software, including Autocad and Revit 2020.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
