Role Summary

As a member of our dynamic engineering team, you will engage in innovative electrical engineering projects focused on renewable energy sources, particularly hydroelectric power, alongside solar and wind initiatives. This role will allow you to work in diverse and picturesque regions.

Your contributions will include the development of engineering studies, design specifications, calculations, and performance evaluations associated with the planning, design, licensing, construction, operation, and maintenance of various utility facilities and systems.


Key Responsibilities

The Engineer II role encompasses:

• Analyzing system designs and implementing modifications.

• Conducting studies and preparing data for cost estimations.

• Performing equipment tests and overseeing the installation of new systems.

• Executing site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards.

• Designing and evaluating systems to align with company objectives.

• Guiding junior engineers and technicians in project execution.

• Delivering results and managing external engineering services.

In addition, the Senior Engineer responsibilities include:

• Leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.

• Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Furthermore, the Senior II Engineer will:

• Develop complex engineering studies and documentation.


Qualifications

For the Engineer II position, candidates should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the engineering field.

• Familiarity with engineering principles and applicable regulations.

For the Senior Engineer role, candidates should have:

• At least five years of experience in industrial or utility power systems.

For the Senior II Engineer position, an advanced technical degree or PE license is required, along with eight years of relevant experience.
