Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Officer to lead our global health advocacy efforts, focusing on HIV and TB. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing effective advocacy strategies, building partnerships, and influencing policy decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global health advocacy strategies to advance the foundation's HIV and TB goals.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including governments, civil society organizations, and private sector entities.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to country offices and program teams to enhance their advocacy capacity.
  • Represent the foundation at international forums and events, promoting our global health advocacy agenda.
  • Collaborate with other program teams to ensure alignment and coordination of advocacy efforts.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in public health, international relations, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in global health advocacy, with a strong focus on HIV and TB.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective advocacy strategies, building partnerships, and influencing policy decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
