Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development/Project Sales Representative to join our team at GPAC, a 30+ year-old recruitment company. Our partner company in the Mechanical industry is looking for a sales professional who can identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive sales of their project solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project sales and project management, preferably in the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields. They will be responsible for understanding client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Identify, estimate, sell, and execute projects based on customers' needs.
  • Work with National Accounts to secure and execute project-based on leads provided.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in project sales and project management with the HVAC and/or Plumbing fields.
  • Mechanical and HVAC background in Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional markets preferred but not required.
  • Strong sales ability required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass drug and background screens.
