Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Advisor to join our team. As a Client Advisor, you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their options in supplemental health products, fostering meaningful relationships, and securing a financially independent future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Deliver expert guidance on a comprehensive range of supplemental health products, including specialized plans covering cancer, heart conditions, ICU stays, accidents, and life insurance with a unique Return of Premium feature.
  • Community Engagement: Establish and maintain robust relationships with local community leaders and business owners, enhancing IBG's community presence and building trust.
  • Business Development: Actively seek out new clients by engaging business owners and their employees, leveraging both individual consultations and group benefits enrollment sessions.
  • Technology Utilization: Employ our advanced CRM technology to streamline client management, enhance communication, and maintain detailed organizational systems.
  • Lead Generation: Implement our effective referral-based strategy to continuously generate high-quality leads and expand our client base.
