Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Field Ambassador to join our team in the Charlotte, NC area. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who excels in building relationships and thrives on the open road.

About the Role:

  • Conduct regular visits to regional Key Account locations and distributors to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Gather and analyze data to ensure store coverage rates and drive Key Account purchases.
  • Serve as the company's face in the field, demonstrating professionalism and reliability in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Maintenance

• Conduct regular visits to regional Key Account locations and distributors to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Gather and analyze data to ensure store coverage rates and drive Key Account purchases.

Activity Implementation

• Organize and execute store and cash-and-carry activities to promote product visibility and sales.

• Improve in-store displays and coverage while completing assigned tasks efficiently.

Field Operations

• Serve as the company's face in the field, demonstrating professionalism and reliability in all interactions.

• Communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders to achieve success in store-level initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Independent and reliable transportation.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A Background and driving history check is required if selected for this role.
  • A passion for road travel and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional Saturdays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, set up and take down of booth/table for in-store events.

Estimated Salary: $21/hour, plus car allowance and bonus opportunities.

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health, Dental and Vision insurance, competitive bonus structure, and a Monday-Friday schedule with the occasional Saturday.
