Territory Manager Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales engineers and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales engineers to achieve sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of direct industry sales and/or management experience and strong references required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
