Territory Manager Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our sales team. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales engineers and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales engineers to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in your assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of direct industry sales and/or management experience and strong references required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience.
