About This OpportunityAs Customer Acquisition Expert, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and developing long-lasting relationships with our esteemed customers. Based in our Charlotte branch, you'll become WMH's ambassador in the surrounding areas, working closely with our dedicated team of over 250 associates across 11 branches in the Southeast. In this exciting role, you'll spend 80% of your time captivating new clients, 10% reinvigorating existing relationships, and 10% ensuring our cherished customers always feel valued and prioritized.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Take ownership of charting new territories and strengthening key accounts.
  • Lead the charge with cold calls, face-to-face meetings, and persuasive presentations.
  • Craft innovative sales strategies and forecasts, and dazzle with product demos.
  • Develop a master plan for territory management, centered around customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Create a comprehensive customer database, tracking everything in our state-of-the-art CRM.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Ambitious Goals include:
  • Reach fifteen face-to-face and five phone cold calls daily.
  • Craft and deliver a compelling 'Elevator Speech.'
  • Regularly update the team with weekly plans.
  • Transform service reports into sales opportunities, aiming for ten new OMs monthly.
  • Maintain a portfolio of five glowing referral letters.
  • Secure eight credit applications each month.
