Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Sleep Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a personalized in-store experience for customers
  • Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers
  • Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives
  • Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase
  • Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales
