About Beutler Air Conditioning & Plumbing

We are a leading provider of plumbing and heating/air conditioning services, seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule sales appointments for our in-field sales professionals
  • Contact customers prior to all in-home sales presentations to communicate expectations
  • Communicate throughout the day with our in-field sales professionals offering assistance they may need from the branch office
  • Follow up on quotes given to customers and communicate any needs they may have in relation to the sale
  • Process completed paperwork, electronic and manual forms
Requirements
  • A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience within the technical service industry required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work Sunday-Thursday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM at our office
  • Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Inside Sales experience preferred with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads
  • Ability to demonstrate computer proficiency and have experience using Microsoft Products and multi-line phone systems
