Fuel Industry Sales Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Fuel Industry Sales Professional to join our team at Opportunity Stanislaus. This role involves developing bulk fuel business opportunities in Oklahoma and Texas, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, pricing, and servicing end users of delivered gasoline and diesel. You will utilize online resources to find leads, make calls to potential customers, send emails and follow-up phone calls, build rapport over the phone, obtain credit applications from prospective customers, prepare and present price quotes, process customer orders, and troubleshoot customer challenges.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • You will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • You will be expected to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You may need to travel overnight for training, up to 1 week at a time.
What We Offer

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 per year, based on national averages for fuel industry sales professionals in similar industries. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life insurance with a buy-up option. You will also accrue vacation time and receive paid holidays. After one year of employment, you can participate in our 401k plan (subject to minimum hours worked and age requirements).
