Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:
Key Duties:
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for nursing staff, manage schedules, delegate responsibilities, monitor overtime, and adjust staffing as necessary. Approve time-off requests and provide orientation and training for new nursing personnel. Assist in conducting annual performance evaluations, coordinate nursing meetings, manage inventory of medical supplies, and submit orders as required. Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, maintain compliance with Duly policies and procedures, act as a liaison between physicians and patients, uphold patient confidentiality, ensure OSHA and safety compliance, and meet regularly with management.

Qualifications:
Education:
Current RN licensure in nursing.
Knowledge of nursing practices in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
Familiarity with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership role.
