Position Overview:
Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Suwannee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our long-term care facility. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care.

Compensation:
The RN Supervisor will earn a competitive salary of $38 per hour.

Shift Details:
Full-time positions available for the 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am shifts, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with individual care plans and state regulations.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and therapists, to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Respond to medical emergencies with appropriate interventions.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a similar environment.
  • Preferred previous supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
