Position Overview:
Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Suwannee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for our long-term care facility. This full-time role offers a competitive salary of $38 per hour.

Shift Details:
Full-time shifts available from 3pm to 11pm or 11pm to 7am, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff to ensure all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with their individual care plans and state regulations.
  • Coordinate and assign nursing duties based on staff qualifications and resident needs.
  • Provide mentorship and support to nursing staff, including training for new hires.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Respond to emergencies and medical situations, delivering timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Valid RN license in the state of Florida.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
