Family Service Rochester is seeking a skilled School Based Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our collaborative school team, you will play a vital role in ensuring student success in their learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mental health therapeutic services to students and families in a school setting.
- Collaborate with school professionals to develop and implement effective mental health strategies.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with school sites and community members to expand and maintain mental health collaborative efforts.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a human service field.
- Licensure in the State of Minnesota for independent practice in social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
- Or, qualified as a Clinical Trainee working towards independent licensure, as defined by State of Minnesota statutes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or interest in developing expertise in a Trauma-Informed, Solution-Focused, brief therapy model of practice.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
