Senior Financial Advisor

At Diversified Recruitment Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients in achieving their financial goals through holistic wealth planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client-focused customer service in all aspects of asset management, financial plan development, and estate planning.
  • Oversee and monitor individual investment portfolios to ensure alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Consult with attorneys, accountants, and other advisors on financial, estate, and tax planning.
  • Lead client meetings and present financial plans to clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop new client relationships through existing client referrals and local centers of influence.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; CFP designation strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning and account management software.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in all aspects of financial planning, including financial planning, wealth management, qualified plan acumen, and estate planning.
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and a client-first attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills with a team player attitude.
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment.
