About the Role

Landgate is a leading provider of land information services in Western Australia, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registrations Consultant to join our Land Titles Operations team.

As a Senior Registrations Consultant, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on complex land registration matters to internal and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex land registration matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of the Registrations group and contribute to its growth and capability.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience within a technical-based environment.
  • Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Substantial understanding of and experience in interpreting and applying relevant legislation to the registration of land documents.
