Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Charlotte County Public Schools. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee information and student data.
- Operate office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including processing invoices and expenses.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $18.50 per hour, based on the pay grade and location. Benefits include access to health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
