Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced REI Admin Coordinator to join our team at IVI America. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our healthcare services.

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing administrative systems and procedures, facilitating patient care planning and implementation, and assisting nurses with completion of patient checklists. They will also be required to monitor patient charts for completion and accuracy, including entering lab results, and ensure insurance/financial information has been received and patients are financially cleared.

  • Implement administrative systems and procedures
  • Fundamental tasks: Implementing new systems and standardizing protocols, work environment maintenance, internal correspondence and record-keeping.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. Additionally, they should possess basic computer skills, specifically using EMR systems, and have knowledge of medical terminology and reimbursement practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, applicants should possess a High School Diploma, or equivalent, with relevant hands-on experience. An Associate Degree and/or CMA certification is preferred. At least two years of experience in a multi-physician practice, preferably in Women's Health, is necessary.
