Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Produce Sales Specialist to join our team at US Foods. This role will be responsible for increasing sales and penetration of the produce category through consultative services, sales force training, and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide category expertise and sales support to customers and Territory Managers
  • Drive penetration and growth of assigned categories through consultative sales activities
  • Support category specific product conversion activities and new item sales opportunities
  • Train Territory Managers on top penetration priorities and product offerings
  • Develop and present selling and relevant training materials
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in produce category
  • Deep, comprehensive produce product knowledge; culinary training beneficial
