Electromed Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting account growth through clinical engagement opportunities, developing educational content, and providing direct clinical sales support to new and tenured Clinical Area Managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through clinical engagement opportunities.
  • Manage regional KOL networks to promote peer-to-peer events and educational opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations in front of multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Influence account growth and development through clinical expertise and support.
  • Support national and regional medical meetings and conferences, as needed.
  • Contribute to development and delivery of clinical education literature and presentations.
  • Provide direct clinical sales support to new and tenured CAMs through disease state and airway clearance expertise.
  • Travel across a specified geography to join CAMs in field-calls while providing clinical sales support and continuing education.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years clinical experience in the field of respiratory/pulmonary care.
  • Current state RT or RN license in good standing.
  • Clinical expert on airway clearance therapy, high frequency chest wall oscillation, and the diseases and conditions which require such therapy.
  • Previous presentation development and/or skilled writing experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous experience in DME, sales, or sales support strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of pulmonary anatomy and physiology, airway clearance functions, and respiratory therapy equipment.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical education and mentorship.
  • Highly adaptable to stakeholder needs and eager to take on new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a range of medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting to groups of all sizes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with strong team building skills.
  • Candidate must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Able to travel for training and within specified regions to successfully.
