Job Title: Energy Efficiency Specialist

Resource Innovations is seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our team in New Jersey. As an Energy Efficiency Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting commercial and industrial utility customers in implementing energy-saving projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide program-level support to clients, customers, and contractors
  • Assist customers in identifying and managing energy-saving projects
  • Screen opportunities to ensure project eligibility and viability
  • Communicate the value of identified projects to motivate and influence customer decision-making
  • Eliminate customer barriers to project implementation
Requirements:
  • Academic degree in engineering or a similar technical discipline
  • 4+ years of work experience in applicable application engineering, sales, or outreach position
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop customer relationships effectively
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite of programs
  • Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects while meeting deliverable deadlines and budgets
