In this role, you will supervise, coordinate, and manage all operational activities, departmental permit processes, and Building Plan Maintenance for the division.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Generating plans and securing municipality approvals.
- Managing annual renewals and value engineering.
- Applying for and obtaining permits from relevant municipalities.
- Compiling, updating, and maintaining reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Request and obtain plot plan documents from engineers and architects to facilitate the permit application process.
- Secure all necessary approvals for permits, utility applications, and other municipal requirements, acting as a liaison between the company and municipalities.
- Prepare and submit applications to various master plan review committees and government agencies.
- Review start packages for accuracy and prepare check requests while coordinating with the Accounting Department.

- Submit, distribute, and file paperwork, entering data for various permits such as building, design review, and plan changes.
- Collaborate closely with municipalities regarding permit statuses and utility companies to ensure timely processing of applications.

- Produce and maintain schedules for all communities, coordinating with municipalities from approval to final stages of the permitting process.
- Schedule and attend meetings with architects, engineers, city officials, and various Lennar departments.

- Prepare start packages, plans, specifications, or documentation for Construction Managers for new communities.
- Monitor and create reports, correspondence, and narratives using spreadsheets and word documents.

- Obtain necessary inspections and approvals for community start-up.
- Create Homesite Fit Analysis (Restrictions List) for each community to determine plan compatibility with homesites.

Physical Requirements:
This role may require outdoor work on uneven surfaces as communities and homesites may not be fully developed. You will also need to review all start requests with the Homesite Fit Analysis and communicate as necessary.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheet software.

Skills:
- Strong calendar management experience with the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Experience with single/multi-family and amenity permitting.
- Technical construction project management experience is preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints and plot plans.
- Self-starter with the ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a focus on efficiency.
- Ability to handle confrontational situations effectively while maintaining objectivity in public relations.
