Job Summary

The Residential Rehabilitation Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in the administration of patient treatment programs at Centre For Neuro Skills. This position involves supervising and supporting caregivers to ensure the highest level of care and support for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular rounds of patient houses to monitor, assist, and provide guidance on patient programs and behavior.
  • Review staff performance and provide relevant training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to staff as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assign additional work tasks to staff as required to ensure efficient operation of the program.
  • Identify and address patient family concerns, referring them to relevant personnel as necessary.
  • Perform supervisory tasks such as performance evaluations, counseling reports, and scheduling.
  • Provide support and relief to caregivers during breaks and perform duties of a caregiver when necessary.
  • Ensure the safety of patients, visitors, staff, and self in situations where patients may exhibit behavioral outbursts.
Requirements
  • High school graduation or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Clear driving record.
  • Experience in a supervisory or administrative role, demonstrating potential for administrative and supervisory competence.
