About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our River Bridge SRTF program in Eugene, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.

The Residential Therapist will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement. You will be responsible for performing Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. Additionally, you will provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.

This is a full-time, day position with a competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials. We offer a range of benefits, including affordable medical, dental, and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, and generous paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical services for the River Bridge SRTF program
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 40 pounds
