Residential Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
This is a full-time, day position that requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents. You will report to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and work assignments, and be supervised by the ColumbiaCare Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, assessment updates, and treatment plans for residents.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
- Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and participate in crisis de-escalation training.
- Collaborate with the Residential Associates to provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
- Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- Meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
