About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon. This position requires the ability to assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, assessment updates, and treatment plans for residents.
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates.
  • Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
  • Unlicensed Therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
  • Must also meet OAR requirement for QMHP by having completed TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
