Pegasystems Learning & Development Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess L&D needs and design, develop, and execute comprehensive learning and development initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
  • Partner with leaders, business partners, and enablement teams across the business to comprehensively understand L&D needs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programs to build and enhance the leadership, management, communication, and team/interpersonal skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.
  • Deliver and facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-Learning platforms.
  • Develop and implement feedback tools and a comprehensive set of metrics to evaluate the impact of learning on employee and organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR/L&D or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering leadership, management, communication, and team/interpersonal development for a global company.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence and train at all levels of the organization.
  • Experienced project and program management with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives.
