About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our L&D department, you will be responsible for supporting various functions such as LMS administration, data analysis, process documentation, and serving as the main contact for employees and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with other departments to update and maintain integrity and accuracy of documentation, invoicing, forecasting, and program management
  • Serve as the point of contact for vendor/software invoice tracking
  • Enter and import data from various software
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Perform internal data audits regularly
  • Capture and document new processes across the organization
  • Support our learning management system via reporting and metrics as needed
  • Update our learning management system with new users and remove users as necessary
  • Record and publish meeting minutes and status updates for recurring team meetings
  • Organize content and keep our SharePoint site clean and easy to navigate

Requirements:

  • College degree and/or 1-3 years of experience as an administrator
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and video/virtual conferencing platforms (Zoom and Teams)
  • Self-motivated team player with a desire and drive to learn and grow
  • Detail-oriented while multi-tasking, able to switch between tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Operate efficiently, learn, adapt quickly, and lean forward
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Forward-thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn how and when to use various software (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Zoom, Canva, etc.)
  • Learning Management System (LMS) experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 plus quarterly bonus potential
