ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative - Inbound to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. As a Sales Development Representative - Inbound, you will play a crucial role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers, and providing feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Qualify leads and profile prospects and customers
- Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals
- Identify and qualify opportunities for the team
- Basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
- Ability to differentiate ServiceNow solutions
- Travel for training or meetings may be required
- This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
