Position Overview

This role entails leading a team of technical professionals within the Fire and Building Safety service line. The successful candidate will focus on staff engagement and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Focus: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure timely delivery of quality services. Manage client expectations through effective communication.

  • Professional Growth: Work alongside leadership to execute regional strategies and assist in recruiting and retaining top talent. Facilitate opportunities for team skill enhancement.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of 4 to 8 technical contributors, ensuring performance standards are met through regular feedback and coaching.
Qualifications

We seek candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical consulting and a proven track record in client relationship management. A solid understanding of fire protection engineering principles is essential. Professional certification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

This position is designed for in-office work, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
