Banking Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging knowledge of credit policy, banking products, and risk management.
- Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements, analyzing and negotiating terms according to established guidelines.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management.
- Generate leads through established relationships and cultivate a network of contacts.
- Oversee and negotiate the preparation of documentation necessary for financing agreements.
- Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing.
- Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
- Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
- 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis and commercial credit.
- Business Development experience.
- Ability to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
