Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex wealth management banking credit and treasury management client relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging knowledge of credit policy, banking products, and risk management.
  • Structure and negotiate complex loan and/or lease agreements, analyzing and negotiating terms according to established guidelines.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management.
  • Generate leads through established relationships and cultivate a network of contacts.
  • Oversee and negotiate the preparation of documentation necessary for financing agreements.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing.
  • Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts.
  • Skills in negotiation, leadership, and sales.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial analysis and commercial credit.
  • Business Development experience.
  • Ability to lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
