We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to support our expanding initiatives. In this role, you will establish collaborations with high schools and create new processes for the effective implementation of our educational products. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with high school students, educators, and district leaders, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of the educational landscape.
**This position is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid work schedule.**
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Partnerships Team with outreach, communication, and presentations to school and district representatives.
- Act as the main liaison for superintendents, principals, school counselors, and other key figures at partner high schools.
- Ensure smooth logistics and communication with each school partner.
- Foster relationships with school and district stakeholders to establish and monitor annual objectives aligned with the district's mission and strategic goals.
- Utilize feedback and results to propose solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement across school partnerships.
- Assess community needs within schools and prioritize the development of tailored content and resources.
- Oversee the entire relationship with schools from onboarding to regular communications to ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Analyze partner data to track student and family engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement school communications.
- Build strong rapport with school counselors, becoming a trusted resource for support and professional development.
- Coordinate initiatives with student ambassadors on marketing strategies, event planning, and outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities within the school and district.
- Assist the team in refining processes and systems for school partnerships.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in education or an education-related field as a high school educator, high school counselor, or college access counselor.
- Willingness to travel to schools for meetings and professional development.
- Proven adaptability to learn and work with new technologies and systems.
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate lasting relationships with school leaders and counselors.
- A genuine passion for enhancing educational outcomes for high school students.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Level All does not provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.
- Compensation range: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, based on various job-related factors.
