Liability Claims Specialist - Remote

Iamic is looking for a committed Liability Claims Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with investigating, assessing, and resolving both first and third-party bodily injury and liability claims. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing Liability Claims, along with exceptional negotiation abilities and the capacity to operate independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine coverage and determine the cause of loss on claims
  • Manage non-represented, represented, and litigated injury and property damage claims
  • Negotiate just and efficient resolutions to claims while controlling expenses
  • Ensure thorough claim file documentation and maintain an organized diary system
  • Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
  • Oversee and coordinate field examiners and vendor resources
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in handling Liability Claims
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Ability to exercise sound business judgment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
