Automotive Cleaning Specialist – Peak Performance Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor fellow make-ready and detailing technicians
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of detailing supplies
  • Serve as a communication bridge between department personnel and sales management to streamline processes for both new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Perform detailing services on client vehicles as required
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding vehicle care and operations
  • Document any damages and inform the service department to initiate claims within a 24-hour timeframe
  • Conduct quality control assessments of all vehicles prior to their display
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure timely vehicle deliveries
  • Participate in departmental meetings

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required; candidates with 1 to 3 months of relevant experience or training will be considered. An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is regularly required to communicate effectively. The employee frequently stands, walks, and reaches with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
