Front Desk Agent Opportunity

Landmark Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry, owning and operating unique and iconic venues across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team and provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests, make and modify reservations, and answer guest inquiries
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide a friendly, service-oriented approach to all encounters
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
  • Operate the Front Desk computer system and maintain knowledge of property amenities and local attractions
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of Front Desk Agent or Guest Services Agent experience in a hotel
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding guest service
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
