Job Description

Bonneville Labs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Lead and Cross-Site Supervisor to join our team. This role will be an exempt position and report directly to the Head of Lab Operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in either our Hayward or Berkeley facility and will be responsible for leading the site, providing backup support to the Head of Operations, and supporting a wide range of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Leadership: Conduct daily standup team meetings with site staff to promote collaboration and address site-specific needs. Lead weekly site lead meetings for all site leads and provide a weekly discussion report to the Site Operations Manager.
  • Process Management: Identify and define process standards as necessary, conduct monthly reviews to ensure processes are within identified standards, and provide input for continued process improvements.
  • Facility Management: Manage property management interactions, conduct monthly facility inspections, and meet with property managers on a quarterly basis.
  • Customer Service: Provide member management by assisting with lab and non-lab services, and provide status reports to customers.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, maintain a schedule of maintenance and services, and ensure timely servicing of equipment.
  • Inspections and Audits: Conduct site inspections, including lab and site inspections, support audits, and implement CAPA and EH&S requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a proven track record in managing laboratory operations.
  • Leadership: Experience leading and/or managing a team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: A BS degree in life sciences or a related field of study is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a flexible and fast-paced environment.
